Thanda is a graduate of Tulane University, where she studied Economics and Pre-Medicine on a $108,000 merit-based scholarship!
While at Tulane, Thanda served as a Global Ambassador for 3 years, where she worked closely with prospective students and parents. In addition, she interviewed potential students as part of the admissions process, and gave feedback about the interviewees to the admissions team. She has 3+ years of work experience in research, data analysis and customer service in the healthcare and tech sector. Currently, Thanda is studying for a Masters of Science in Computer Science at Northeastern in Silicon Valley, also known as the tech capital of the world.
Thanda’s varied background in healthcare, tech, economics, and computer science means that she is well-equipped to help students that are applying for a variety of majors from pre-med to computer science, as well as those interested in switching or exploring careers.
Thanda’s alma mater, Tulane University, is located in New Orleans, Louisiana which is a very unique part of America that has legacies of French and Spanish culture. If you don’t know what beignets and Mardi Gras are, Thanda will tell you about them and more!
