Course Structure

1. Entrepreneurship Intro

Why is it that some businesses fail and others succeed? Learners understand the traits of an entrepreneur, the challenges facing entrepreneurs as they start new businesses, and how to overcome them.

2. Ideation & Solution Design

What makes a good business plan? Here, you will learn how to turn problems around you into business strategies that will succeed.

3. Validation

How valid are my assumptions regarding my business plan? Using various research methods, our students will identify and test the assumptions based on data and statistical research they will conduct.

4. Marketing & Finance

I have got an idea about my business, but how should I get started? Here, learners will learn everything from creating a budget to their solution to finding out ways to market their service or product. In the process, they will learn how to craft the perfect designs for their business.

5. Deliverables

I have done all the planning, what now? Learners will build and practice a pitch deck and practice a Q&A session with our program instructors whilst networking with prominent leaders in their respective industries. Here, their dreams will turn into reality!
