Mathematical Reasoning GED Instructor

Success Admissions Centre is Yangon’s No.1 college admissions service helping students gain admissions into top Universities around the world. Currently, we are looking for 1 experienced GED Math teacher who can make math an enjoyable learning experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To familiarize and provide lessons based on the GED math syllabus

2. Plan and incorporate lessons that aligns with teaching goals

3. Come up with innovative activities or exercises to help students enjoy the subject

4. Attend group meetings

5. Document and follow up on student’s’ progress with team members at Success

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in instructing GED 

2. Relevant degree in subject of instruction

3. Thorough knowledge of sub-topics in math, from geometry to calculus

4. English Language proficiency

5. Conflict resolution skills for managing the classroom

6. An empathetic attitude towards students and faculty members

7. Critical Thinking and problem solving skills to navigate students with unseen questions or concepts

8. Relevant IT skills to provide students with digital media as needed

9. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with parents, students and co-workers
