Our Admissions Counselor
Thaw Zin Aung Gyi is the founder and chief admissions counselor of Success Admissions Center. Thaw Zin first attended the University of Southern California (USC) from 2011 to 2013 where he studied public policy and law. Afterwards, he transferred to Brown University, an Ivy League college, where he studied development studies. He graduated from Brown University in 2015 with honors, magna cum laude, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest and most prestigious academic honor society in the United States. After Brown, Thaw Zin attended the University of Oxford, founded in the year 1096 and ranked #1 university in the world, where he studied Master of Public Policy. He graduated from Oxford in 2016.
After some time in the UK and US, Thaw Zin came back to Myanmar, and founded Success Admissions (then known as Success Education) in 2019. Since the founding, Success has helped nearly 100 students gain admissions to the world’s best universities, including several Ivy Leagues (such as UPenn, Dartmouth, Columbia, Cornell, Princeton) and other top universities in the US and UK (such as Northwestern, UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC, SOAS, UCL, University of Warwick, University of Manchester, University of Edinburgh, and more). In total, students from Success have received scholarship offers worth millions of dollars.

We offer 1-on-1 counseling with our admissions counselors. With 1-on-1 counseling, you’d be sure to get the best attention you need for your college applications. At Success, we give students and their parents control over how much they want to spend for their needs. No expensive packages. Our counselors work in hourly increments, and are billable for only the hours they work for you. You pay for only what you want, and what you need. Pay by the hour. One hour is 50,000 kyats. Payment must be made in advance of the session.

Pay for 5-hour in advance, and get a discount of 25,000 kyats. Total price is 225,000 kyats after discount.

Pay for 10-hours in advance, and get a discount of 50,000 kyats (equivalent to one full session). Total price is 450,000 kyats after discount.
